All student-athletes interested in trying out for a spring sport must have an up-to-date physical submitted to FinalForms in advance of the March 9 start to the season for high school sports and in advance of the March 23 start to the season for modified sports. Families are encouraged to schedule a visit with their child’s provider to secure a completed physical form. If this is not possible, the district physician will offer sports physicals at Albany High School, William S.
