Manchester United boss Michael Carrick thinks Luke Shaw should be in England’s World Cup squad when it is announced by Thomas Tuchel on Friday. Shaw was named in Tuchel’s expanded 55-man squad when it was submitted to world governing body Fifa earlier this month.
