According to the Russian Ministry of Emergencies, a Russian emergency team boarded a plane outside Moscow on March 29, heading to earthquake-hit Myanmar. The ministry said 120 emergency rescue specialists, including rescue dog teams, psychologists and anaesthesiologists, boarded the plane at Zhukovsky International Airport. After India and China, Russia joined the rescue operations in the earthquake-hit parts of Myanmar.
