New Energy Community report: Southeast and Eastern Europe must turn energy transition plans into implementation and investment 

The Energy Community Secretariat, co-chaired by the European Commission, has published a new report, assessing the first cycle of National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) and Integrated National Energy and Climate Progress Reports (NECPRs) to see where the Energy Community Contracting Parties, including Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, stand in terms of their 2030 energy and climate binding commitments and where further action is needed.
