Minnesota’s 811 is reminding Minnesotans that anyone planning a spring digging project is required by state law to notify the service at least two full working days before breaking ground, excluding weekends and holidays. April is National Safe Digging Month. Gopher State One Call, known as GSOC, is the state’s official one-call notification system.
