Our city council has taken the $65 million we approved on Nov. 7, 2023, for “Rochester Regional Sports and Recreation Complex” and gone into an Economic Development City Business with it, and called it a “Sports Complex” which benefits restaurants and hotels and has little or no varietal sports and recreation community benefit.
