After trade talks between the United States and Canada broke down this past weekend and into Monday, resulting in the Trump administration enacting 50% tariffs on $20 billion of Canadian goods, Canada announced retaliatory tariffs on more than 700 U.S. goods on Tuesday, including steel, dairy products, appliances and farm equipment.
