Iowa law enforcement could arrest undocumented immigrants under bill headed to Reynolds’ desk

Iowa lawmakers sent a bill to Gov. Kim Reynolds Tuesday that creates a crime of “illegal reentry” modeled after a controversial Texas immigration law.
