Japan firms in southeast Asia losing local talent

A major shift is underway in Southeast Asia, where many Japanese companies set up operations in the 1980s and brought jobs to the region. Now, an increasing number of local hires are leaving. That’s especially a concern among the 6,000 or so Japanese firms in Thailand.
