Alaska Airlines begins preliminary inspections on its grounded Boeing 737 Max 9 fleet

Alaska Airlines began preliminary inspections on a group of its Boeing 737 Max 9 aircraft after the Jan. 5 incident in which a door plug panel blew off an airliner in midair.
