In a announcement during her annual State of the City Address, Mayor Kate Gallego revealed that STARLUX Airlines plans to launch nonstop flights between Phoenix and Taipei The premium long-haul carrier plans to operate between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Taipei’s Taoyuan Airport.
