Venture Global has announced plans for a brownfield expansion of 18 Mt/year at its Plaquemines LNG facility in Louisiana (US). The 27 Mt/year Plaquemines LNG achieved first production of LNG in December 2024, becoming the newest LNG export facility to come online in the United States and Venture’s second LNG facility.
