Russian gas exports via Ukraine to Europe stable despite Austria cuts

Russian gas producer Gazprom said it would send 42.4 million cubic metres of gas to Europe via Ukraine on Saturday, the same volume as on Friday, despite expectations of gas supplies cuts to Austria over a contractual dispute. Russian Interfax news agency cited data from European gas pipeline operators as saying that gas exports from Russia via Ukraine were stable, while Austrian company OMV was not among the gas recipients.
