Vietnam’s foreign policy a model for Asean

Vietnam has developed a foreign policy of “four no’s,” which it has evidently honed and perfected during the Vietnamese war of resistance to US military intervention from the early 1960s up to its complete victory in 1975 and eventual reunification of North and South Vietnam.
