Varun Beverages completes acquisition of South African bottler BevCo

Varun Beverages Ltd, PepsiCo’s largest franchise bottler, on Wednesday said it has completed the acquisition of South Africa-based Beverage Company (BevCo) along with its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
