The Capital Sports Center Development Association (CSCDA) met on March 27, 2024, to discuss the final purchase the Macy’s lot at the Charleston Town Center in Charleston, West Virginia, as well as demolition of the site. The closing date on the purchase of the Macy’s lot is set for April 12, 2024 with the demolition of the area will follow thereafter.
