PROCTOR, Minn. — A large law enforcement presence has gathered at Proctor High School early Wednesday evening, with multiple agencies responding. The reason for this has not been given at this time. St. Louis County Sheriff Gordon Ramsay tells Fox 21 that “no shots fired”. They are asking people to avoid this area of the city as their investigation continues….
