Canada’s Parliamentary Black Caucus finds common ground with U.S. counterparts

As Canada’s Parliamentary Black Caucus has grown, it seemed only natural that the group would reach out to seek advice and collaborate with its U.S. counterpart. That’s why some Canadian lawmakers were in D.C. this week for an historic meeting with the U.S. Congressional Black Caucus.
