CAIRO (AP) — A boat carrying Egyptian migrants capsized off Libya’s coast, leaving two people dead and 19 more missing and presumed dead, the Libyan agency that combats illegal migration said Monday, in the latest migrant tragedy in the Mediterranean Sea.
