Telkomsel Expands AI Collaboration with Microsoft to Enhance Customers’ Digital Lifestyle Experience

Telkomsel and Microsoft are collaborating to enhance customers’ digital lifestyle experience by integrating Microsoft Azure AI into Telkomsel’s customer and business platforms. Through this collaboration, Telkomsel and Microsoft will introduce artificial intelligence (AI) training programs for Telkomsel employees, implement Azure AI Services including Azure OpenAI Service across various Telkomsel service platforms, and enhance Telkomsel network availability by utilizing AI to detect and respond to network issues more quickly and efficiently.
